Refund policy

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Bookings (ZKB / Studio): Refund requests are reviewed against the timing and terms set out in the booking confirmation. Outside that window, refunds are not guaranteed.
  • Digital products (beats, kits, samples): Because these products are delivered digitally, refunds are generally not available once payment is confirmed and the files have been made available or delivered. Exceptions may apply in cases such as duplicate charges or technical failure on our side.
  • Donations: Donations are not refundable except in the case of duplicate payment. See our donation disclaimer.

If you need to request a refund, contact us with the payment reference and a short explanation. We will review it and respond within a reasonable business timeframe.
