Refund policy

We offer refunds in the following cases:

• —Bookings (ZKB / Studio): Refunds are considered if you cancel within the period stated in your booking confirmation. Outside that period, refunds are at our discretion.
• —Digital products (beats, kits, samples): Due to the nature of digital delivery, refunds are generally not offered after download. Exceptions may be made for duplicate charges or technical failure.
• —Donations: Donations are not refundable except in the case of duplicate payment. See our donation disclaimer.

To request a refund, contact us with your payment reference and reason. We will respond within a few business days.
