Reschedule policy

For ZKB performance bookings and studio hourly bookings:

• —Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before the booked time where possible.
• —One free reschedule may be offered per booking, subject to availability. Further reschedules may incur a fee or be treated as cancellation.
• —If we cannot accommodate a new date, our refund policy applies as stated in the booking confirmation.
