Reschedule policy

For ZKB performance bookings and studio hourly bookings:

• —Please send reschedule requests at least 48 hours before the booked time wherever possible.
• —One reschedule may be offered per booking, subject to availability. Further changes may attract a fee or be treated as a cancellation.
• —If a suitable replacement date cannot be agreed, the refund position will follow the terms set out in the original booking confirmation.

To request a change, contact us with your booking reference and the new dates you would like us to consider.
